I work with both couples and adult individuals. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy which includes; Cognitive Behavior, Jungian Oriented Therapy, Dreams, Active Imagination, Enneagram Personality Work, Spiritual Direction and Hypnotherapy. My primary focus is not just successful coping with problems in life but also with meaning and purpose. In short, I delight in helping people shift from ordinary lives to extraordinary lives.
