The initial session is the time you get to tell your story. My most important concern is for you the client to feel safe mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I utilize a variety of counseling tools for your personal treatment plan. There is short term solution-focused therapy and long term support therapy.
I work with couples who need to increase their communication which enhances intimacy. I work with adolescents who are trying to navigate through their toughest developmental time in today’s social media world. I enjoy watching individuals grow into their best selves.
