My passion is working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, sex/love addiction, self-harm, relationship issues, and trauma. I believe that a complete recovery and personal freedom is possible. I utilize multiple treatment modalities emphasizing a holistic approach of addressing ones’ emotional, relational, cognitive, and spiritual needs.
My past experience includes treating eating disorders at the residential, PHP, and outpatient levels of care. I also have worked treating depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, self-harm, and suicidality. I currently work at The Highlands Eating Disorder Treatment Center in Birmingham, Al as a Primary Therapist and PHP Coordinator.
