I am a firm believer in the statement, “it’s all about the relationships!” Connecting with others and building relationships is a basic human need. When relationships go awry, we hurt. When we shy away from others out of fear, we feel alone. I seek to mend relationships and bring confidence. I know that when my clients start to build better relationships with others (and themselves), things start to look up.
I welcome individuals, couples (unmarried or married), and families of all backgrounds. I have successfully provided treatment to those battling anger, anxiety, depression, parent-child conflict, marital conflict, physical and sexual abuse, identity struggles, concerns about sexuality, ADD / ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, in-law conflict, parent teen conflict, and low confidence.
