I have been a therapist for 17 years and my main goal is to provide a safe, trusting, and ethical counseling environment. I counsel both adults and children and also have intensive experience working with couples and families. My level of expertise also involves grief and loss, depression, behavioral issues, anger management, transitioning, relationship issues, ADHD, and trauma.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama and Georgia and a National Certified Counselor. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also have eight years military experience. I accept most insurances including Alabama All Kids and I am listed as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider.
