The staff will help you set goals for the services. Achieving your goals may involve our talking with you individually, or with you and other family members. It may also involve talking with you in a group. You will be an important part of solving your problem. Since you may have spent years handling your problems in a particular way, you should not expect immediate results; it takes time to understand problems and to change thoughts, feelings and behavior. While we can’t tell the exact length of time you will need to stay in treatment, we will do everything we can to help you set and meet your goals as quickly as possible.
