Life has become increasingly complex and challenging for a great many individuals and families. Our children face pressure and temptations at school, among peers, in the media and social media. Strained marriages and relationships, distressed families, economic struggles, academic and vocational stresses and uncertainties, even trauma and loss – these are challenges we all experience. But we don’t have to face them alone. I recognize it can be difficult, even frightening, to reach out and ask for help, and I have deep respect for the courageous people who do so.
Drawing on more than 20 years experience in community mental health, it is my goal and my mission to facilitate the process of growth, self-discovery and achieving personal goals.
