The GSL Artira Inclined Platform Lift is an interior or exterior wheelchair stair lift designed for use by people with lower extremity, mobility, or physical disabilities including spinal cord injuries and others who use wheelchairs with limited mobility.
This lift can be customized to fit existing stairs, straight or curved, and can accommodate turning stairways with intermediate landings. This unit folds up when not in use. The platform travels along guide rails mounted to the inside or outside of the stairs. A curved safety arm surrounds the passenger and has sensors that will automatically stop the lift if the platform should encounter an obstruction, pedestrian safety lights located at the base of the ramps, and an emergency stop button.
