I believe that all people should live life well. It is my goal to help you be able to experience the range of emotions and experiences that go along with that. If you’d like more out of your life and relationships, or if you need healing and hope, I’d like to help. My approach to therapy is a tailored experience for each client. To put it simply, I believe that you are an expert on you, and I can consult with you regarding how people tend to behave.
When working together, we will determine a plan of action, and start out on a therapeutic “journey” together. I’ll work closely with you at the beginning of the journey, and as we work together, you will gather tools and skills necessary to enable you to forage ahead without assistance.
