As a Psychologist with over twenty-five years of practice, I have had the opportunity to work alongside individuals and families as they have faced physical, emotional, interpersonal, and intrapersonal life challenges. I often see clients with issues such as depression, anxiety/stress, life transitions, and adjustments to changes in health. While life challenges often shift our focus to what may feel fragile within, I passionately believe that we can find a place of inner strength and regain a sense of .wellness.
