Dana Hampson

As counselor and life coach, I have seen a number of clients become disconnected from their values and as a result feel frustrated, apathetic and depressed. I believe that the choices we make directly impact our lives and that when we live and act according to our values, our lives are happier and more satisfying. I help clients identify their values, set goals and follow through by providing guidance and motivation. I view counseling as a partnership where we work together to help you work through a particular issue or reach a certain goal.
