Adult Medical Services:
Capstone has two full time Nurse Practitioners that are always accepting established patients, new patients, and walk-ins. We accept all insurances and have no limit on Medicaid or Medicare services. We also accept the uninsured patients on a sliding fee program. We offer a wide range of primary and preventative health care services at affordable rates including but not limited to:
- Routine primary care, including diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
- School, work, sport and DOT physical exams
- Chronic Disease Management
- Women’s health, including PAP smears and mammograms
- Men’s Health, including colon and prostate screenings
- Immunizations
- Sick Visits
